Sorry to see you go. Here’s how to remove OpenedYet completely.
1. Cancel your subscription first
Removing the extension doesn’t cancel a paid plan. If you’re on a paid plan, go to Billing in your dashboard and cancel. You keep paid features until the end of the period you’ve paid for. More on cancelling.
2. Remove the extension
- Open
chrome://extensionsin Chrome. - Find OpenedYet for Chrome and click Remove.
Or right-click the OpenedYet icon in the toolbar and choose Remove from Chrome.
3. Delete your account and data (optional)
Emails you already sent keep their invisible tracking image, so opens can still be recorded to your account. To delete your account and all its tracking data, email support@openedyet.com from the address you signed up with. We’ll confirm once everything is erased.
What happens to emails I sent?
Nothing changes for your recipients. Once your account is deleted, the tracking image in old emails simply stops recording anything.
