Real-time alerts
Know the second it’s opened
Stop refreshing your Sent folder. OpenedYet sends you a desktop notification as soon as someone opens your email or clicks a link, so you can follow up while you’re still on their mind.
Included in every plan.
What you get
Get a desktop notification the moment your email is opened
Desktop notifications
A small alert pops up on your screen, even when Gmail is sitting in a background tab.
Opens and clicks
Get notified when your email is opened and when someone clicks one of your tracked links.
Only alerts that matter
Your own opens never trigger an alert, and Apple Mail auto-opens are labelled instead of pinging you.
Email alerts, if you prefer
Away from your desk? Turn on email alerts in your settings and get a short message in your inbox instead.
You’re in control
Pause or mute alerts at any time from the extension or your dashboard settings.
How it works
Three steps, no setup
-
Allow notifications once
When you install OpenedYet for Chrome, let it show notifications. That’s the only setup.
-
Send tracked emails as usual
Write and send from Gmail the way you always do.
-
Get alerted
Each alert tells you which email was opened and when, so you know exactly who to call back.
FAQ
Questions about real-time alerts
Why didn’t I get an alert?
Check that Chrome may show notifications — both in Chrome’s site settings and in your computer’s system settings. Focus and Do Not Disturb modes can hide them too. Chrome needs to be running. Step-by-step fix.
How quickly do alerts arrive?
Usually within a minute. We wait a few seconds after each open to make sure it isn’t you looking at your own email.
Can I get alerts on my phone?
OpenedYet for Chrome runs on desktop computers. If you want alerts on the go, turn on email alerts in your settings — they’ll reach you in any mail app.
