OpenedYet is a read-receipt tool for Gmail built around three ideas: be accurate, keep it simple, and be fair to everyone in the conversation.
Why OpenedYet exists
Email is still where proposals, job offers, invoices and important introductions happen. And after you press Send, there’s usually silence. Did it arrive? Did they read it? Is it time to follow up, or too soon?
Read receipts answer that question — as long as you can trust them. Apple Mail opens every message automatically, security scanners open emails to check them, and you trigger your own tracker every time you re-read your Sent folder. A green tick that might be a robot isn’t much help.
So we built OpenedYet around one idea: a ✓✓ should mean a person opened your email. We flag automatic opens, ignore your own, and show you exactly what we filtered and why.
How we work
OpenedYet is an independent product, made by OpenedYet. It’s funded by the people who choose a paid plan — not by advertising, and not by selling data. That keeps our incentives simple: make a product good enough that you’re happy to pay a fair price for it.
