Billing questions, answered
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from the Billing page in your dashboard whenever you like. You keep your paid features until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then move to the Free plan. There are no cancellation fees.
Do you offer refunds?
If OpenedYet isn’t right for you, email support@openedyet.com within 14 days of your first payment and we’ll refund it in full. Billing details.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. You see as much history as your new plan includes, and the full history comes back if you upgrade again. On the Free plan, the footer is added to new emails again.
Is the Free plan limited in time?
No. It isn’t a trial. You can use it for as long as you like, with unlimited tracked emails.
How do I pay?
By card through Stripe, our payment provider. We never see your full card number. Stripe emails you a receipt after each payment.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices are shown without tax. VAT or sales tax may be added at checkout, depending on where you are.
Is there a plan for teams?
Not yet. Each plan covers one Gmail address today; team billing with one invoice for several people is coming later. Let us know if you’d like to hear when it’s ready.
Do I need a plan for each Gmail address?
Each Gmail address has its own OpenedYet account. You can use the Free plan on as many addresses as you like and upgrade only the ones you need.
