FAQ
Questions about email tracking
Does tracking change how my email looks?
No. The tracking image is a single transparent pixel your recipient never sees. On the Free plan a one-line footer is added; paid plans send your email exactly as you wrote it.
What if my recipient blocks images?
Then the open can’t be detected and your email stays at ✓. Most email apps show images by default, so most opens are picked up — but no read-receipt tool can see an open when images are blocked. More on missing opens.
Can I track emails sent to several people?
Yes. You’ll see every open of the email. With several recipients, an open could come from any of them, so OpenedYet shows the device and email app of each open to help you tell them apart.
Is there a limit on tracked emails?
No. Every plan, including Free, tracks as many emails as you send.
