Reports give you a quick overview of your tracked emails without opening the dashboard.
What’s in a report
- Activity: opens and clicks on your tracked emails, most active first.
- Waiting: recent emails that haven’t been opened yet — handy for deciding who to follow up with.
Who gets reports
The daily report is part of Plus and Pro. The weekly round-up is part of Pro. Compare plans on the pricing page.
When they arrive
The daily report arrives around 8 am in the time zone set in your account, and covers the previous day. If it arrives at an odd time, check your time zone in your settings.
Turning reports on or off
Go to your dashboard settings and choose which reports you’d like. Every report also includes a link to change these preferences.
