Every person who receives an email tracked by OpenedYet can opt out. This page explains how, from both sides.
If you received a tracked email
- Click Opt out in the email’s footer, or go to openedyet.com/opt-out.
- Type your email address. We check it matches a recipient, so nobody can opt out on your behalf.
- Choose whether to stop tracking from that sender only, or from everyone who uses OpenedYet.
From then on, OpenedYet doesn’t track emails sent to you, and further opens of earlier emails are ignored. Read more for recipients.
If you’re a sender
When you add a recipient who has opted out, OpenedYet for Chrome tells you that the email won’t be tracked. You can still send it normally — you just won’t get a read receipt.
Changing your mind
If you opted out and want to be tracked again, email support@openedyet.com from the address you opted out with.
